Research and Development Team
In 2006, Kiwa Bio-Tech has an active research center with Chinese Agricultural University that is known as Kiwa-CAU Bio-Tech Research & Development Center. The Kiwa-CAU R&D Center is responsible for fulfilling the overall research-and-development, including: (1) development of new technologies and new products (which will be shared by Kiwa and CAU); (2) subsequent perfection of existing product-related technologies; and (3) training quality-control personnel and technicians and technical support for marketing activities.
In 2015, Kiwa Bio-Tech established a strategic cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Prof. Yonglin Song from CAAS joined in Kiwa, which improve the research and technology level of Kiwa Bio-Tech.
In 2017, Kiwa Bio-Tech agreed to a strategic relationship with ETS (Tianjin) Biological Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“ETS”). The partnership will include the deployment and strategic use of ETS biotechnology to produce of bio-fertilizers for use in both China and internationally. ETS biotechnology was established in the U.S. approximately 100 years ago by Dr. Earp Thomas and commercialized and improved in Japan, and brought to China to amend pollution and amend soil to improve crop plant and economical plants’ yields. In 2005, Prof. Changsheng Liu introduced ETS technology into Mainland China. In 2017, Kiwa Bio-Tech has established close strategic cooperation with ETS center; aiming to upgrade ETS biotechnology to Kiwa-ETS core technology and the latter will be applied to be the criteria for developing harmless agricultural standard system, as well as enhance the effectiveness of fertilizer application in soil amendment and safe planting in Mainland China.
