Abstract:
On January 1, 2019, the Soil Contamination Prevention Law Of PRC was officially promulgated, which improved the legal system of ecological environmental protection and provided legal protection for soil contamination prevention. Soil contamination prevention is a major event concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood.
