Abstract
On Setp 30th,2017,China’s agricultural sector have been resource-intensive with problems of heavy pollution, ecological degradation, and insufficient supply of high-quality and green farm produce. Now China has released a guideline on supply-side structural reform and established major goals in development of green agriculture, including resource conservation, environmental protection, farmland quality and irrigation improvement, prevention of excessive exploitation of groundwater and zero growth in chemical fertilizer and pesticide use on major crops by 2020.
