Abstract
On Sept 1st ,2017，China first put forward the concept of supply-side structural reform in agriculture in 2015. To tackle structural problems, in September 2017, China’s State Council released a guideline specifying major tasks and targets for agricultural industry’s development for the coming years. By 2020, China plans to foster a modern system for the grain industry and increase its added value by 7%, invigorat leading enterprises and innovate new growth models etc. Corresponding governmental political and financial supports will also be in place.
