ABSTRACT:
Jinping Xi，general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, chairman of the state, and chairman of the Central Military Commission, recently made important instructions on implementing the rural revitalization strategy. He emphasized the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy that is a major decision-making arrangement made by the party’s 19th National Congress and is a important job in the “three rural issues” in the new era.
