ABSTRACT：
According to the requirements of the Central Rural Work Conference and the No. 1 Document of the Central Government, in order to promote quality agriculture and green agriculture, deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, improve agricultural innovation, competitiveness, and total factor productivity, and help implement the strategy of rural revitalization. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance decided to implement the Green, Cycle, Quality, Highly Efficient, Characteristic Agriculture to promotion project.
