MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE ANNOUNCED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AMENDED REGULATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LICENSE FOR FERTILIZER

Abstract

On Nov 30^th,2017, the Ministry of Agriculture released the amended Regulation on the Administration of the License for Fertilizer, among other amendments regarding fertilizer, pesticide and planting industry. The second amended Regulation on the Administration of the License for Fertilizer focuses on streamlining fertilizer registration process, enhancing administrative and agency services, and removing administrative and institutional fees.
