ABSTRACT:
On July 10, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued a proposal on the introduction of a policy for the production and application of organic fertilizers. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will work with relevant departments to conscientiously implement the “Opinions on Accelerating the Utilization of Recycling of Livestock and Poultry Wastes” by the General Office of the State Council, and implement good farming and recycling agriculture. Implement projects such as planting and breeding combined with circular agriculture demonstration, waste resource utilization in core counties of livestock and poultry breeding, and pilot fertilizers for fruit and vegetable organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizers, strengthen responsibility implementation, increase policy support, strengthen technical guidance, and accelerate the construction of farming and animal husbandry, raise the circular development mechanism to help the development of Eco-agriculture.
