ABSTRACT：
April 25, in the thirteenth NPC Standing Committee meeting, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural’s Minister Changfu Han entrusted by the State Council, make a report on the construction of modern agriculture system deepen agricultural supply side structural reforms in the work of the Conference. Han stated that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, and the relevant departments have mainly carried out work on eight aspects in order to deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.
