CLAREMONT, CA– (May 19, 2016) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTC: KWBT) commenced deliveries of Kiwa’s bio-organic fertilizer and special fertilizer for fruit plant at the State Grain Storage in Yili, Xinjiang Province. The products were ordered by Xinjiang Agricultural Materials Group, a state-owned fertilizer sale company affiliated to Xinjiang local government. The fertilizers will be used in fruit planting area in Yili. The Company expects that approximately 1,000 tons of Kiwa’s fertilizers will be delivered in next few months. Kiwa’s technical director & specialist of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS), Prof. Song, together with his team and representatives of Xinjiang Fruit Datang Silkroad E-commerce Co., Ltd, provided a 12-day technology training program to local farmers in Yili and Hetian area of Xinjiang.
Kiwa’s CEO, Mr. Jimmy Zhou, stated that, “…two of state-owned companies cooperating with Kangtan Gerui (Beijing) Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. (Gerui) currently have a 45 million mu (approximately 7.4 million acres) which will utilize special fertilizers in Xinjiang Province. With this initial sale of 1,000 tons of Kiwa fertilizers, we believe that we have a favorable position in this market which will drive increasing sales of our fertilizer products in the future”.
