Abstract：
In order to implement the spirit of the Central Rural Work Conference, the No. 1 Central Document and the Two Sessions, and focus on implementing the strategy of rural vitalization and deepening supply-side structural reform, the state will continue to increase investment in supporting agriculture and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in 2019. Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance issued the Key Policies for Strengthening Agriculture and Benefiting Farmers in 2019, including agricultural production development and circulation, agricultural resources protection and utilization, farmland construction, agricultural science and technology talents support, agricultural disaster prevention and reduction, rural construction, etc.
