Ontario, CA— (April 2, 2018) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of biological fertilizers promoting eco-friendly agriculture practices, announced that the Company was invited to present on the 2018 Sanya Cantaloupe Association Symposium and the Third Annual Conference of Cantaloupe Industry (the “Conference”).
At the Conference Kiwa Bio-Tech Director, Vice President and CTO Mr. Yonglin Song gave a presentation on “The Products Application Test and Report of Kiwa Bio-Tech microbial fertilizer Series on Cantaloupe”.
“I see a great opportunity for implementation of Kiwa fertilizer products in the cantaloupe market in Sanya,” stated Song.
The Sanya Cantaloupe Association (the “Association”) was founded in 2014 in Hainan Province, China.
By the end of 2016, the planting areas of cantaloupe in Hainan Province have reached to 120,000 mu (approximately 8,000 hectares) with an annual production that valued at 3.8 billion RMB (approximately 603 million USD).
The Association is designed as a platform that provides cantaloupe planting and marketing information in Sanya. During this year’s Conference, Kiwa Bio-Tech presented research results to the local government departments, research institutions, financial institutions, cantaloupe specialists, corporations, and cantaloupe growers.

In January the Company’s news release “KIWA BIO-TECH FERTILIZER PRODUCTS SHOWS SUPERIOR RESULTS ON CANTALOUPE PLANTS” proved that Kiwa bio-fertilizer have significantly positive effects on stimulating active soil substances and nutrients, reducing the negative effects of chemical fertilizer and heavy metal residue, enhancing fertilizer utilization, and increasing plant stress resistance.
In the future, Kiwa Bio-Tech will enhance cooperation with the Association to explore new models for local agricultural development, further promote Kiwa Bio-Tech fertilizers and help increase cantaloupe production and farmers’ income.
Mr. Yonglin Song and Living Green General Manager Mr. Wei Lu met with representatives from the Conference and discussed local cantaloupe planting and marketing situations.
Beside staff members of Kiwa Bio-Tech Technology Promotion Center and the Southern China Sales Team, staff members of Living Green also attended the Conference to provide eco-friendly planting methods and technical support catered for local cantaloupe market and to help improve production and quality of the fruit.
