(OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or “the Company”), an emerging agricultural company that develops, manufactures and markets bio-fertilizers for use in the multi-billon China agriculture and aquaculture markets is pleased to announce that the Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shaanxi Xingyuan Yu Tian Weather Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yu Tian Weather”). The agreement will focus on resource sharing and cooperation in market development, product upgrades and service enhancements based on the advantages of technology, products and services of the two companies.
Under terms of the agreement:
- Yu Tian Weather Technology Co., should actively promote Kiwa Bio-Tech’s Trinity Agricultural Marketing Model (Retail Outlet Center——Patented Bio-fertilizer——Safe Produce Distribution) to farmers while providing professional meteorological services such as disaster prevention and reduction solutions.
- Kiwa Bio-Tech should also actively promote Yu Tian Weather’s professional agrometeorological services in the extensive application of agricultural disaster prevention and reduction to farmers while implementing the Trinity Agricultural Marketing Model.
- Both companies should cooperate in customer resource sharing, business promotion and other aspects to realize additional revenues.
Before signing the agreement, Kiwa had already cooperated with Yu Tian Weather in the implementation of the Trinity Agricultural Marketing Model. Yu Tian Weather has provided professional meteorological services for the Zhouzhi County Agricultural Project in Renyan Village, Mazhao Town and Xin’an Village, Louguan Town, Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province. The technology application includes anti-frost controllers and intelligent smoke generators that effectively and intelligently prevent the impact of cold weather conditions on the production of the orchards.
