Ontario, CA— (January 29, 2018) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a manufacturer focused on eco-friendly biological fertilizers promoting safe agriculture, announced today that the Company has achieved an initial intent of cooperation with the Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University (hereby referred to as “NWAFU”).
Under the proposed strategic alliance, Kiwa Bio-Tech and NWAFU will focus on establishing an Ecological Agriculture & Environment Research Institute in Yangling Free Trade Zone, Shaanxi Province.
The research institute will set up the protcalls for eco-friendly agriculture, promote soil restoration in the bio-agriculture industry, and contribute to Kiwa Bio-Tech core technology upgrade.
“Additional details of cooperation will be determined in subsequent meetings of the two parties,” stated Kiwa Bio-Tech CEO Yvonne Wang.
