Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of eco-friendly agricultural fertilizers and soil remediation technology is pleased to announce that the Company exhibited at the Spring Session of the 25th China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair (“CAF”) and the 10th Western Agricultural Materials & Seedling Trading Fair (“Trading Fair”) in Yangling, Shaanxi Province. Kiwa Bio-Tech participated at the Expos to showcase their newly updated environmentally friendly agricultural fertilizer products, and to also promote their soil remediation agriculture technology.
“Kiwa Bio-Tech is extremely dedicated to introduce our smart soil remediation agriculture technology throughout all of Mainland China, as well as our environmentally friendly agriculture fertilizers,” stated Kiwa Biotech CEO Yvonne Wang.
At the Expos, Kiwa Bio-Tech exhibited five types of microbial products that included our biological organic fertilizer, ETS biological fertilizer, compound microbial fertilizer, microorganism bacterium agent, and water-soluble fertilizer. The products were on display to coordinate with the spring farming season to highlight the increase in yield for the various crops.
To achieve the goal of developing eco-friendly and smart soil agriculture in China, Kiwa Bio-Tech has initiated a “Trio Marketing Model” to complete the standardized growing and processing system for China’s agricultural industry. The Trio Marketing Model focuses on establishing retail outlet stores in agricultural areas, promoting fertilizer products, and purchasing the crops or plants from the farmers who use Kiwa Bio-Tech’s products. Currently, Kiwa Bio-Tech has established 6 retails outlet stores in the Shaanxi Province. Additionally, more than 20 retail outlet distribution centers will be established in the Hainan, Yunnan, Guangdong, and Guangxi Provinces.
In 2018, the operation center of Kiwa Bio-Tech in China has been moved to Yangling, and the mission of developing eco-friendly and smart soil agriculture have been highly recognized by the local governments and Kiwa clients. The Yangling government is focused on providing policy support to promote Kiwa Bio-Tech’s mission and help establish National agricultural standards

The Introduction of China Yangling Agricultural High-tech Fair and The Western Agricultural Materials & Seedling Trading Fair
China Yangling Agricultural High-tech Fair (short for the “CAF”) is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, State Bureau of Forestry, State Intellectual Property Office, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as Shaanxi Provincial Government, supported by China Rural Technology Development Center, China National Agricultural Development Group Corporation, annually held in Yangling, the only state level agricultural hi-tech industries demonstration zone in China. The fair is the largest comprehensive agricultural fair in China. For the past 24 years since its debut, the Fair has witnessed a growing influence. So far, 26.55 million clients in agricultural industries with more than 10,000 plus enterprises and technology & education units, from 70 plus countries and regions, have participated in the exhibition or the fair. The transaction volume has totaled more than 774.8 billion yuan (approximately 122.3 billion dollars).
The Western Agricultural Materials & Seedling Trading Fair (“Trading Fair”) is the spring session of the Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Fair. Aiming to promote highly advantageous technologies of the Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, the Trading Fair was first held in 2009 to help improve spring farming in west China. The 2018 Trading Fair is held by the Administrative Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone and Shaanxi provincial government, with a theme focused on “Green, Ecological and Safe Development of Agriculture”. The Kiwa Bio-Tech booth was in the C Hall of the CAF Exhibition.
