On August 18, 2016 Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (“Kiwa”) reported its operating results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2016. For the second quarter, Kiwa reported revenue of $443,085 and net income of $181,975. For the first six months of fiscal 2016, Kiwa reported revenue of $710,095 and net income of $238,105.
