Ontario, CA— (January 26, 2018) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a Company focused on eco-friendly biological fertilizers promoting eco-friendly agriculture, signed a Strategic Cooperation & Confidentiality Agreement with The Rural Science and Technology Development Center of Shaanxi province (“The Center)” lately, to reinforce agricultural technology development and promote local rural advancement.
The Rural Science and Technology Development Center is an innovative technology instititution focused on kiwi research and development. Under terms of the agreement, Kiwa Bio-Tech and The Center has cooperated to establish a Eco-friendly Agricultural Fruit Planting Demonstration Park and started experiment on Kiwa Bio-Tech’s microbial fertilizer and soil resoration products.
The significance of the strategic cooperation is twofold:
First, the test results will be widely recognized thus helping the Company further promote Kiwa microbial technology and fertilizer products to the agriculture market, the enviornment protection market and the soil restoration market.
Second, Kiwa Bio-Tech and The Rural Science and Technology Development Center will also cooperate on the establishment of the Standard System of Eco-friendly Agricultural Industry Chain, and seek opportunities for introducing quality fruit products of Shaanxi province into the international market.
