Ontario, CA— (February 2, 2018) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of eco-friendly biological fertilizers promoting safe agriculture practices, announced today that the Company has held a productive discussion with the Science and Technology Bureau of Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Industries Demonstration Zone (hereby referred to as the “Bureau”). The discussion encompasses the promotion of Kiwa Bio-Tech’s core technology and bio-fertilizer products.
Under the proposed strategic alliance, Kiwa Bio-Tech and NWAFU will focus on establishing an Ecological Agriculture & Environment Research Institute in Yangling Free Trade Zone, Shaanxi Province.
Kiwa Bio-Tech and the Bureau also reached an agreement regarding to the establishment of the cooperative relationship between Kiwa Bio-Tech and the universities and colleges in Yangling, the promotion of soil restoration projects of Kiwa Bio-Tech in poverty counties in Shaanxi province, and the promotion of eco-friendly agriculture in the demonstration zone of Yangling.
