(“Beijing Nonghe Co., Ltd. ”).

During the analysis process, representatives of Kiwa visited the farmer’s professional cooperative and farmer’s demonstration shop in Jingbian County, operated by Sannong E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in Jingbian County; and the Yidangwan Collective Economic Cooperative of Dongkeng Town, Jingbian County. Kiwa personnel got a deep understanding of the digital operation mode of modern agricultural cooperatives promoted by Beijing Nonghe Co., Ltd. and their self-developed “Hejiahuan Cooperative Stewardship” management platform (“Hejiahuan Management Platform”). In the meantime, the parties had a discussion regarding the difference between the operation mode of Beijing Nonghe Co., Ltd. and The Trinity Agricultural Marketing Model of Kiwa Bio-Tech, to see if the existing functions of the Hejiahuan management platform can meet the needs of Kiwa Bio-Tech’s digital operation of The Trinity Agricultural Marketing Model. It was concluded that both parties intend to have ongoing dialogue and further cooperation.
