The theme of the meeting was to report the performance of the Company for 2017 and set up the strategic plan for 2018.
The CEO/Chairman of Board, Ms. Wang, speaking at the meeting, acknowledged the Company’s employees hard work and achievements over the past year. She affirmed that the Company operation center has moved from Shenzhen to Yangling, in order to permit Kiwa Bio-Tech to further accomplish the goals of developing eco-friendly agriculture, implementing its three-initiative strategy relative to green planting, eco-friendly agricultural products processing and safe production of agricultural products, as well as participating the soil restoration project.

During the two-day meeting, the Company also signed strategic cooperation agreements with The People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited Xi’an Branch, and The Rural Science and Technology Development Center of Shaanxi province respectively, to facilitate China’s agricultural supply-side structural reform, enhance Kiwa Bio-Tech’s technological advancement, and further promote Kiwa Bio-Tech’s fertilizer products.
