Ontario, CA— (October 18, 2017) – Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a Company focused on promoting eco-friendly agriculture, announced that Kiwa Bio-Tech signed a cooperative agreement with Xi’an Jinyang Eco Grape Cultivation Co., Ltd (“Jinyang”). Under terms of agreement, Kiwa Bio-Tech designated one 24-acre grape-planting base of Jinyang as the Company’s first Agricultural Experiment and Demonstration Station (“Station”).
The purpose of establishing the Station is threefold:
Promoting the concept of “Eco-friendly Agriculture” and showcasing the positive effects of Kiwa’s biological organic fertilizers on cash crops. Kiwa Bio-Tech will provide cultivation techniques training at the Station to help the grapes meet the Eco-friendly Standard.
Developing potential fertilizer products market for Kiwa Bio-Tech. The grape-panting base will exclusively use the biological organic fertilizer products from 2017 to 2019. Taking the Station as the center, Kiwa Bio-Tech will promote bio-fertilizers in the surrounding 10,000 acres grape-planting area, which may expand sales to 33,000 tons.
Connecting the local farmers and the market on the eco-friendly agricultural industry chain platform of Kiwa Bio-Tech. Through the platform network, the grapes of the base will get into national market gradually.
Kiwa Bio-Tech’s CEO Yvonne Wang stated, “Above all, we believe by demonstrating the benefits of our environmental-friendly fertilizer products at the Station, more farmers will be likely to use biological fertilizers. Our first Station also aims to achieve the Company’s goal to develop eco-friendly agriculture in China”.
