Kiwa signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Iwanoutdoor International Travel Agency (“SIITA”)

Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation recently signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Iwanoutdoor International Travel Agency (“SIITA”). The purpose of this agreement is to promote Kiwa’s eco-friendly fertilizer products for use on golf courses in China. By this agreement, the Company and SIITA will cross-market golf tourism and the fertilizer products to operators of golf courses to improve sales performance and loyalty among the operators of golf courses for the benefit of both Kiwa and SIITA.
